Role-based security
Owner-controlled role permissions enforced in the database, not just the interface. Every change is logged.
Visit verification you can defend
- Caregivers grant location access at clock-in — there is no continuous tracking.
- Distance is recalculated on the server and compared with the client's geofence radius.
- Clock-in outside the radius is denied and saved as an EVV exception for office review.
- Clock-out captures a fresh location, completed tasks and the visit care note.
- Duplicate clock-ins are blocked, and an in-progress visit restores after a refresh.
Privacy and least-necessary access
Attendaly is built for minimum-necessary access, auditability and secure handling of client information. Agency data is isolated per agency, caregivers only reach their own assignments, permission changes are owner-controlled and recorded, and credentials for outside services stay server-side.
